Detailed Product Description
Formaldehyde-free Fixing agent is applied in color fixture of reactive dyes, and direct dyes with the main composition of Polyamines compounds. It together with dyes can be formed macromolecular compound, and together with fibers can be formed insoluble material. It has obvious effect of increasing colour fastness of cotton fibers.
(1) It contains no formaldehyde, meeting the requirements of environmental protection.
(2)It can improve colour fastness to washing, colour fastness to dry & wet crocking, and colour fastness to perspiration.
(3) It has obviously improved the wet processing fastness especially colour fastness to washing and colour fastness to perspiration of red and blue.
(4) Less colour losing of colour fixture and less shade change after the dyeing.
(5) It can prevent the reactive dyes from the weathering before the drying and prevent the remaining hydrolyzed dyes from the migration during the drying.
(6) It can be the same bath with cationic or nonionic softener, which can increase the efficiency and reduce the cost.
